Roof Intelligence

Terms of Sale

Effective: Not yet in effect · Seller: Dinjir

1. Who we are and what these terms cover

These terms are an agreement between you and Dinjir (“we”, “us”) for the purchase and use of the Storm Impact Report sold through Dinjir Roof Intelligence at dinjir.com (the “Service”). By placing an order you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not buy.

2. What you are buying

A one-time purchase of a digital PDF report for one US street address that you enter. The report summarizes radar-estimated hail detections near that address, taken from NOAA’s public NEXRAD Hail Detection Algorithm data, with a storm map and a year-by-year summary. It is a single purchase, not a subscription, and nothing renews automatically.

3. Price and payment

The price is shown at checkout before you pay, in US dollars, and is the total you are charged unless checkout shows otherwise. Payment is processed by Stripe on Stripe’s secure checkout page. We never see or store your full card number.

4. Delivery

After payment we build the report and email a private link to the address you gave at checkout. The report page updates by itself and normally completes within a few minutes. You can download the PDF from that link and request a fresh link at any time from My reports. Keep your link private: anyone who has it can open the report.

5. What the report is, and is not

The report is informational only. It reflects radar estimates, not ground observations, and it does not confirm that hail fell at, or damaged, the property. Detections may be several hundred meters from their true location. It is not an inspection, an engineering opinion, a damage assessment, a coverage determination, or legal or insurance advice. We are not an insurer and we do not decide or influence any insurance claim. Use the report alongside a physical inspection by a licensed professional.

Our data comes from public sources: NOAA NCEI (NEXRAD hail detections), the US Census Bureau geocoder (to match your address) and, where shown, USGS. We do not control those sources and they can be delayed, incomplete or unavailable.

6. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

7. Chargebacks and payment disputes

If something is wrong with your order, please contact support first so we can fix it or refund you quickly. If you dispute a charge with your bank or card issuer instead, we may provide the order record (email, address entered, matched address, amount, payment status and timestamps) to Stripe and the issuer to respond to the dispute.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service unlawfully, to attempt to disrupt or overload it, to scrape it or use automated means to place orders or lookups at volume, or to resell or republish reports as your own product. You may share a report you bought with the people you need to (for example a contractor, insurer or attorney) as long as you do not alter it or remove the limitations statement.

9. Availability and changes

We may change, pause or discontinue the Service, or update these terms, at any time. Changes apply to purchases made after the new terms take effect. If we cannot deliver a report you paid for, you will be refunded as described in the Refund Policy.

10. Disclaimer and limit of liability

The Service and reports are provided “as is” without warranties of accuracy, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent the law allows. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including decisions made or claims filed in reliance on a report. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under law that cannot be limited.

11. Governing law

Governing law will be confirmed before these terms take effect.
