Common questions
I lost my report link. Open My reports, enter the email you used at checkout, and we will email a fresh link that works for 24 hours.
My report is taking a long time. Reports usually finish in a few minutes. Your payment is safe and your link stays valid. Keep the page open or come back to it later; if it is still not ready after 30 minutes, email us.
The report says it failed. Use “Try again” on the report page. If it still fails, email us and we will rebuild it or refund you.
I entered the wrong address. Email us as soon as you can. See the Refund Policy.
I want a refund. See the Refund Policy: you can ask within 14 days of purchase.
What does the report show? Radar-estimated hail detections near the address from NOAA public data. It is not a damage determination or insurance advice. See the Terms of Sale.
