What triggers a visible correction
When a source record changes — a revised time window, an updated geometry, a retraction — Dinjir reflects that change on the event page itself. Nothing on Dinjir is edited without the page showing that it changed.
Nothing is silently edited
A withdrawn event stays live at its canonical URL, marked as withdrawn, with its prior facts preserved underneath the withdrawal notice. Dinjir does not delete event pages or quietly remove facts that were once published.
How to report an error
Dinjir does not yet have a live channel for submitting an error report. An event page's “Report an error in this record” section names this policy but does not itself accept a submission. When that channel is live, Dinjir will check reported errors against the source record and its provenance before making any change.
Carrier Records
Carrier Records follow this same policy: nothing is silently edited, and a corrected or withdrawn figure stays visible as changed, not deleted. Dinjir is building a process for insurers to request a correction of Dinjir's own transcription of a source record, and a separate, always-additive process for insurers to publish an attributed response next to a fact. Neither process is live yet, and neither can remove, hide, or reorder a fact — a correction can only make Dinjir's transcription match the source more faithfully, and a response only adds the carrier's own statement beside a fact, never in place of it. When a regulator's own record later changes — including a vacated or reversed order — Dinjir shows that as a dated status layered on the original record, which stays visible unedited.
