How Dinjir, UPA, ACI, and PSI relate

UPA

UPA is a nonprofit that Dinjir's founder also supports. It appears on Dinjir in a fixed, disclosed assistance module — never as a paid placement, and never ranked against other resources. When UPA is not available in a victim's state, the module still shows the other assistance resources (American Red Cross, 211, state VOADs) — that is what makes it a module and not an advertisement.

ACI Adjustment Group

ACI is a commercial public adjusting firm affiliated with Dinjir's founder. ACI appears only in the public-adjuster directory, ranked by the same published rules as every other firm, with “Affiliated with Dinjir's founder” disclosed on its card and profile. ACI never appears in, or inherits any placement from, the UPA assistance module.

PSI

PSI is the data and intelligence boundary Dinjir's verified event and property products are built on. Institutional customers of PSI see the same facts as any consumer viewing the same record — evidence assembly has no customer parameter.

What this separation means in practice

Dinjir's ranking, verification, and carrier-record code contains no UPA-specific or ACI-specific logic. The assistance module cannot be purchased, and no professional or institutional relationship changes what a victim is told about an event, a property, or a professional's verification status.
